We are a team of individuals who genuinely care about helping people in life changing situations. It is our goal to make the real estate process seamless and easy for the family (and the Trustees, Executors, and Administrators) while they are grieving the loss of a loved one. We want to make the process easy for the Attorneys and the Fiduciaries too. We know what it takes to work with the family with regards to legal documents and we understand the legal process when it comes to selling property in a trust or probate. We have a process in place and have the resources to get the job done in a timely manner.
We offer move management services where we will manage the entire process of preparing the home to sell for the most value.
